The Travel Hacking Life website users must register an account or provide their details as a guest account in order to purchase any product. This information will not be shared with third parties nor will it be used for any other purpose than marketing and to contact the user to obtain comments about our service. We reserve the right to contact registered users to help us use the website. We will delete any user account upon request.

2. Information we collect.

The registration of the user account collects and stores the following information:

– Name (name (s) and last name (s)), address, country of residence, email address, nationality …..

The account registration will also store any optionally provided information such as:

– Phone number.

This information is stored in an encrypted database. Any credit card information provided during the reservation process is not stored and is only used during that booking process (we do not have access to the credit card information.

3. Information security.

The Travel Hacking Life website is protected by an SSL certificate (secure connection layers). During the payment process, you will use a secure page (starting with “https”) to enter the details of the credit card that the merchant then processes. After a user sends the details of their credit card, they are processed through a secure page through the Paypal processing gateway. We do not store the details of the credit card and they are only used during the processing of the credit card. We do not have the ability to “charge your card”, you may only “send” us a payment. We do not have access to your credit card details during the transaction.

Our web server is completely secure and has passed the security checks of the PCI DSS standard and a regular scan by an authorized third-party certification company (every 3 months) to maintain this certificate.

4. Access and change your information.

Users can change and update their user account information through the “my account” link shown in the top right. Simply log in with your email address and password to access all your information.

Users can request a reset of the password by going to the link “my account” in the upper right corner and selecting “forgot password”, this will request your email address and send you a new password.

Users can request that their account be deleted or request other help with the maintenance of the account by sending an email with the request through the contact page.
