Muri Beach is located on the eastern coast of Rarotonga, part of the Southern Cook Islands. This is a paradisiacal beach, with warm waters of a stunning turquoise color backdropped by palm trees. There are small fish swimming around the shallow water, turning the beach into a great spot for snorkeling. Besides, you can rent a kayak and explore around the beach and the nearby Koromiri Island, admiring the breathtaking scenery. The beach is rather popular, and tends to get busy and crowded on weekends. There is a restaurant at the beach, as well as cafes, stores and a night club nearby.

This unique beach, with soft sand backdropped with lush palm trees, is ready to offer an unforgettable experience. The crystal clear waters are calm and shallow, with a beautiful turquoise color. And under the surface, hundreds of different fish swim around coral reefs; snorkeling and admiring the marine life up close is a must while on Aroa Beach. The beach is a hidden gem and never gets crowded or noisy, perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a restaurant in the center of the beach, and a resort with a spa.

Nikao Beach is located in the northwestern coast of Rarotonga, part of the Southern Cook Islands. A thin stretch of white sand, lined with palm trees and backdropped with a verdant forest, offering a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking views. The bright turquoise waters are warm, great for swimming, with colorful fish attracting visitors to try snorkeling. There is a cafe and a shop to the left side of the beach, and you can visit the Rarotonga Brewery and try samples of the locally brewed beer. The beach is not popular and never gets crowded; even during busy days, there is enough space for everyone.

The crystal clear waters are calm and rich with marine life, making Tikioki Beach a top snorkeling spot in Cook Islands. You can find accommodation around the area and along the coast, with all necessary facilities and friendly staff; of course, you can bring your own food to the beach. Make sure to check the tides, and visit during low tide, since the sand is completely covered during high tide.

Clear and calm, the water is home to abundant marine life, offering a unique snorkeling experience; besides, you can go kayaking or try scuba diving. There is a nice cafe at the beach, and a few resorts with great facilities nearby. This is a rather popular spot,but it only gets busy during summer months, especially on weekends.
