Praia Jale is located in Sao Tome. It is located at the southern end of the island of Santo Tomé, where giant sea turtles lay their eggs in the sand every morning. You can spend the night on the guarded beach, staying in small cabins that have no electricity. You can ask the park rangers to wake you up in the morning so that you can see the extraordinary spectacle up close. From the deserted palm-fringed beach to the opportunity to see nesting mother turtles and newborn sea turtles.

Tamarind beach is located in Sao Tome. It is a white sandy beach, quite quiet and familiar, but difficult to access due to bad roads. Surrounded by a lot of vegetation and some rocks. You can enjoy a sunny day, bring your own food and something to cover you from the sun.

Praia Emilia, Sao Tome

Address – Praia Emilia Sao Tome And Príncipe

Google Maps Link – 0°21’38.7″N 6°42’54.6″E

Praia Emilia is located in Sao Tome. It is a serene beach, of golden sand, with palm trees and vegetation around. Along its shore you will only find sand, so it is better to bring an umbrella and something to hydrate during the day.

Praia Grande, Sao Tome

Address – Praia Grande, Sao Tome And Principe

Google Maps Link – 0°05’09.8″N 6°34’25.7″E

Praia Grande is located on the eastern coast of São Tomé, the largest of the São Tomé and Principe islands. Remote and isolated, this stunning beach is surrounded by lush nature in a serene atmosphere. Here, a river meets the sea, so the water is rather cool; besides, the waves are calm and the water is shallow, safe for everyone to swim. There are no facilities, places to eat or stay in the area; make sure to bring everything you might need. For this reason, the beach is not touristy and never gets busy.

Praia Piscina, Sao Tome

Address – Praia Piscina, Sao Tome And Principe

Google Maps Link – 0°01’40.2″N 6°30’43.1″E

Praia Piscina is located on the southwestern coast of São Tomé, the largest of the São Tomé and Principe islands. This small sandy beach is backdropped by palm trees, with dark rocks emerging from the clear waters and offering a dramatic setting. The rocks protect the beach from strong waves and create rock pools, making it safe for everyone to swim. This unspoiled scenery is perfect to relax, meditate and disconnect from a busy life, at the same time giving you endless photo opportunities. There is a grilling area where you can get meals, drinks, and fruits. To reach this beach you need to follow a difficult long road; for this reason, Praia Piscina never gets busy or crowded.
