The following list highlights some of the best beaches in Macau (China). So if you are in Macau (China), I recommend visiting the following:

Hac Sa Beach, Coloane, Macau

Hac Sa Beach is located in Coloane, Macau. It is the largest natural beach in Macau. Literally means the famous black sand. However, to prevent the beach from disappearing due to erosion, the Macau government has refilled the beach with yellow sand artificially. The dark colour comes from the minerals in the water which is lighter than other volcanic beaches like those in Hawaii. The beach is located near Hac Sa Reservoir Country Park.

Cheoc Van Bay is located south of Coloane and is a popular beach for swimmers. Bamboo Bay Park is also nearby, where there are street vendors and facilities such as a swimming pool. The simple natural landscape contrasts with the beautiful scenery, attracting visitors from all over.
