Tyre Beach, Sur

Tyre Beach is located in Sur, in the South Lebanon region. The beach is sandy, and the waters are crystal clear with a bright blue color. It’s perfect for swimming and relaxing on the warm and calm water. You can rent sunbeds, and many beach bars and cafes offer good food and snacks. During summer there are more restaurants and cafes opened, but on weekends it can get very crowded; however, the beach is long enough for you to find an isolated spot. Be careful of sharp rocks on the shore and underwater.
Chir Bay, Jiyeh

Chir Bay is located in Jiyeh, north of Tyre, in the Mount Lebanon region. This clean sandy beach is always quiet, and its atmosphere is very relaxing. The Boustany Family are the owners of the place, all food is homemade and the service at the beach is incredible. The water is not too deep and it is calm, making it a safe beach for kids to enjoy.
White Beach, Batroun

White Beach is located in Batroun, to the southernmost part of the North Lebanon region. This is a beautiful white pebbled beach, with perfect waves for surfing and clear water for snorkeling. A restaurant serves tasty seafood at reasonable prices, and the staff is attentive and friendly. During the summer, it gets crowded and it is harder to find places to sit; visit around October, the beach is just as beautiful but far less crowded.
Joining Beach, Batroun

Joining Beach is located in Batroun, around 3 km north from White Beach. Joining Beach is more of a rock formation than an actual beach, with deeper crystal waters where you can enjoy diving. There is a restaurant at the top, from where you can get good food and a beautiful view of the ocean.
Lazy B Beach Club, Jiyeh

Lazy B Beach is located in Jiyeh, just north of Chir Bay. The resort is spacious and you can always have some time to yourself. There is a typical Lebanese restaurant, and an Italian restaurant, both serving delicious food with friendly staff. You have direct access to the beach, which is clean and calm, and you can take a walk on the shore surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere. It gets crowded quickly at noon. Wear swim shoes since you can come across sharp rocks.
Bobby Blue Beach Bar, Jounieh

It rarely gets crowded, but during the weekends most visitors tend to arrive in the afternoon; there is an entrance fee on weekends.

Tamary Beach is located in the city of Jounieh, in Mount Lebanon. Both sandy and pebbly, this quiet beach offers a nice and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect to sunbathe and relax. The waves are small and safe for swimming, and you can get a boat ride around the Jounieh Bay. There are a few restaurants in the area, and a food truck usually parks at the beach. It’s not a touristy beach, and it’s mostly frequented by locals, so it never gets crowded or feels busy.
