The following list highlights some of the best beaches in Gibraltar. So if you are in Gibraltar, I recommend visiting the following:

Levante Beach, Northeastern Gibraltar

Levante Beach, Gibraltar

Address – Levante Beach, Northeastern Gibraltar

Google Maps Link – 36°09’05.6″N 5°20’21.0″W

Levante Beach is located on the northeastern coast of Gibraltar. This stretch of dark golden sand and a calm atmosphere, is perfect for a relaxing day. With the Rock of Gibraltar standing to the right, and ships breaking the horizon, the views on Levante Beach are truly unforgettable. Besides, since the airport is near, you can see planes taking off and landing. There are no facilities in the area, make sure you bring food and drinks if you plan to stay for long. Avoid swimming here; the waters are too cold and tend to be dirty due to the thousands of ships that sail past the beach every year.

Not many people choose to swim here since the waters are too cold and the waves can be strong, but lifeguards make sure everyone is safe.
