Ethel Beach is known for being a perfect spot to witness the great crab migration, when many bright red crabs fill the white beach. Although scary, it is a spectacle worth admiring. Besides, with many different bird species living in the forest, the beach is an amazing place for nature lovers. However, the beach is not a touristy spot, so there are no facilities or restaurants nearby, with the nearest accommodation being some 500 meters north.

Remember to check the tides before visiting, and go during low tide if you wish to swim. There are no restaurants or bars at the beach, so make sure you bring your own food and water. It is usually empty and quiet, but it can be crowded on weekends, especially during summer.
