The following list highlights some of the best beaches in Bangladesh. So if you are in Bangladesh, I recommend visiting the following:

Laboni Beach

Laboni Beach, Cox’s Bazar

Address – Laboni Beach, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

Laboni Beach is located in Cox’s Bazar. It is the most popular beach in Cox Bazar and throughout Bangladesh.  The most popular day of the year is the night of December 31 / January 1, there are people all over the beach. Lights, music, fun, food, fish, fair and the colorful beach carnival for 3 consecutive nights. If you are camping in Laboni, take ½ a day trip to Kolatoli beach and Inani beach in the south and further south. They also spend half a day shopping in the Burmese market, which has a good variety of textiles and pickles.

Inani Beach, Cox’s Bazar

Inani Beach is located in Cox’s Bazar. It is an 18-kilometer-long seashore in Ukhia Upazila in Cox’s Bazar district, Bangladesh. It has many coral stones, which are very sharp. These coral stones look black and green and are found in summer or rainy seasons.

Kuakata Beach is located in Kuakata. It is a coastal city known for its panoramic sea beach. It is located in southeastern Bangladesh and is the most important tourist destination in the country. The beach of Kuakata is a sandy extension of 18 kilometers long and 3 kilometers wide.

Mermaid Beach Resort is located in Cox’s Bazar. It is an integrated resort, located in Pechar Dwip, next to the beach near Cox’s Bazar-Tekhnaf Marine Drive, in Himchari, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. It offers easy access to a secluded beach. In 2015, the resort has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence for its hospitality businesses that consistently achieve outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor.

Saint Martin Island West Beach is located in Saint Martin Island. It is a small island in the northeast of the Bay of Bengal. It is a territory 8 km west of the northwest coast of Burma, at the mouth of the river Naf. The local people call it Narikel Jinjira. It is almost flat and 3.6 m above sea level. There are reefs 10 to 15 km to the west/northwest.


Sonadia Beach, Cox’s Bazar

Sonadia Beach is located in Cox’s Bazar. Although this island has been thought to be just a quiet haven for fishermen and their small local community, the island of Sonadia is rich in wildlife and beauty. During the winter months, fishermen return to the island to fish on its shores and build temporary shelters and lodgings during their stay. But the island of Sonadia, in the southeastern region of Bangladesh, is more than a good place to fish, it is home to sea turtles, several species of birds and conservationists who are working tirelessly to save some of these species from extinction.
