Popeye and Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges is located within Islands of Adventure. It is based on the characters of the Popeye franchise, and features riders going on a river tour organized by Popeye, only for Bluto to send the riders off-course into dangerous waters as a distraction while he once again kidnaps Olive Oyl.
