Anse Intendance Bay is located in Mahe Island. Is a well-known wild beach in the south of Mahé, the largest Seychelles island. This breathtaking white sandy beach is framed on each side by incredible granite formations, and ranks among the most beautiful spots on the island, if not the whole world.
Anse Lazio, Praslin Island

Anse Lazio is located in Praslin Island. Considered by Lonely Planet to be the “best beach on Praslin”, and one of the “best in the archipelago”. Located to the north east of Madagascar, east of Zanzibar and south of Socotra, in the middle of the Indian Ocean, it has clear water and scenery which can be perceived as beautiful, which attracts a large portion of Praslin’s tourists.
Anse Georgette, Praslin Island

It is often described as one of the two most beautiful beaches on Praslin, the other being Anse Lazio. As you can see from the pictures, the incredible mix of gorgeous turquoise ocean water, pristine white sand, and incredible palm trees make for a truly jaw-dropping beach. Many visitors here will be guests of the nearby Lemuria Resort, but Anse Georgette is open to all, and is well-worth a visit for any holidaymakers on Praslin.
Anse Severe, La Digue Island

Anse Severe is located La Digue Island. It lies in the north of La Digue, facing the Seychelles’ second largest island, Praslin. This is particularly notable at night, when the sun sets over Praslin, lighting up the sky spectacularly. The water here is nice and shallow, and calm for the majority of time. The beach can disappear at high tide, but most of the time there is a beautiful sandy surface for visitors to enjoy.

Grand Anse Beach is located in Grand Anse, on the western coast of the Mahé Island, part of Inner Seychelles. Remote and serene, this white sandy beach is backdropped by a verdant forest and verdant hills, offering unforgettable views. The water is rough, with strong waves and currents, and not safe for swimming; however, the sound of the sea is the perfect background music to meditate. Along the road, you can find stores and supermarkets; make sure to get what you need since there are no places to eat at the beach.

Beau Vallon Beach is located on the northern coast of the Mahé Island, part of Inner Seychelles. This popular sandy beach is backdropped by verdant hills contrasting against its bright blue waters, offering stunning views everywhere you look. The water is calm and clear, safe for swimming, and perfect for diving and snorkeling; besides, you can rent a jet ski. You can find a few restaurants, bars, stores, and resorts along the beach and in the town nearby. Even during the busiest days, the beach is extensive and never gets crowded.

Anse Royale Beach is located in Anse Royale, on the eastern coast of the Mahé Island, part of Inner Seychelles. Both sandy and rocky, this small beach is backdropped by palm trees and verdant hills, giving off a paradisiacal feel. The turquoise waters are shallow, calm, and crystal clear, with many marine species offering a unique snorkeling experience. There is a cafe and a restaurant in the area. Avoid visiting during high tide, when the water covers the beach almost completely. It’s quiet and serene, but tends to be busy during weekends.
Police Bay Beach, Mahé Island

Police Bay Beach is located on the southern coast of the Mahé Island, part of Inner Seychelles. With its soft white sand backdropped by verdant hills and contrasting against the blue waters, this remote beach is the perfect place to disconnect from the rest of the world. The waves are usually strong and not safe for swimming but great for surfing. Since it can be reached by car, Police Bay Beach tends to be empty and quiet; to get there, you need to walk for around 10 minutes from the parking lot. There are no facilities in the area; make sure you bring everything you might need.

Sunset Beach is a bit off the beaten track, which makes it rather hard to find; for this reason, it rarely gets busy here, and the beach remains quiet all year long. There is a hotel at the beach, with a restaurant and other facilities available.
